Our publishing approach
Editorial standards and corrections
ContentDown Editorial publishes product documentation and practical explanations of public-media formats. Our purpose is to help visitors understand what the tools do, what they cannot do and how to use media responsibly.
How we prepare guides
Guides are based on our supported product workflows, basic media-format principles and publicly available platform documentation where appropriate. Product behaviour may change without notice, so descriptions of supported links and media types are limited to the capabilities we can substantiate.
Originality and evidence
We prioritize worked examples, clear calculations, real tool behavior and original explanations. Example dimensions and bitrate calculations are educational illustrations, not claims about a particular user's media. We do not present third-party media as our own.
Corrections and updates
Publication dates identify when a guide was first published. We update material when a relevant product workflow or documented platform behavior changes. A changed footer date is not evidence of editorial review. If you find an error, contact support@contentdown.app with the guide URL and a concise description.
Independence and responsibility
ContentDown is an independent service and is not endorsed by the supported social platforms. Public accessibility is not permission to republish media. The rights and privacy of creators and other people remain important.
Editorial attribution
Articles are attributed to ContentDown Editorial, the publishing identity for ContentDown's own documentation. This label does not imply an external review board or independent certification.
